Steve Ritz is the VP, Systems and Technology for Dayspring, a leading manufacturer and distributor of Christian greeting cards and other personal expression products and gifts.  Steve has worked in a variety of leadership roles over the years for Dayspring.  He brings business acumen, leadership skills, integrity and an analytical mind to Ezekiel Rain as the Chairman of the Board.  Steve is married to Annie and they have four boys.

Janie McReynolds currently holds the title of HR Generalist (Talent Development/Employee Relations) at DaySpring Cards and Vice-Chairman of the Ezekiel Rain board.  Working with over 325 DaySpring employees, Janie demonstrates her leadership, project management, motivation and communication skills on a daily basis.  She has worked over the years in the fields of higher education, leadership development and human resources.  She has been married to Brian for 31 years and they have two children and two grandchildren.

Julio Echegoyen serves as the P&G Manager - Wal-Mart International Operations.  He has worked in various international countries as well as domestically in a variety of finance, accounting and sales roles.  He has also served on other non-profit boards.  His extensive finance background, non-profit leadership experience and international exposure enables him to successfully serve.  Julio married his college sweetheart, Vivian and they have two daughters.

Erik Leetch is currently a full-time Intercessory Missionary with the Siloam Springs House of Prayer.  Prior to his current job, he worked in Mexico leading work teams in service projects. As Shamar Director, he leads the intercessory advisory board.  His wisdom, passion for seeing people restored and houses of prayer established along with his belief that prayer is the fuel for change, deliverance and revival makes him an excellent board member for Ezekiel Rain.  He and his wife, Sarai have one son, born this year.

Heidi Meythaler is currently an Intercessory Missionary at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City, Mo as well as a Financial Aid Administrator.  As the Secretary, she brings organizational skills, attention to detail, experience in overseas missions, as well as an understanding of the role of prayer in restoration to Ezekiel Rain’s Board of Directors.  Heidi loves to serves others through hospitality and mercy deeds.  She and Kyle were married in 2008 and have a new baby boy.
